Summer is in full swing here in Kentucky. We are loving all the outdoor activities, ice cream desserts and water play. One of our favorite things we get to do more of in the Summer is grill. I absolutely love grilled veggies.

I am excited to have partnered with Hellmann’s to bring you some tasty Grilled Veggie recipes to use this summer along with the new Spicy Dipping Sauce by Hellmann’s.

Hellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce is the perfect sidekick for veggies, chips & fries. It will bring just the right amount of heat to your recipe. It’s crafted with hints of both paprika and garlic for an oh so appetizing taste (and a little heat) making it perfect to dip your favorite fries into.

Check out the recipes below created using the Hellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce. Both recipes are Vegetarian friendly.

Summer Veggie Kabobs Recipe:

 •Hellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce

 •Fresh veggies of choice.

I used Red and Yellow bell peppers, sweet onion, red potatoes + cherry tomatoes.

•Fresh cilantro

 •Fresh Lime

 •Kabob Skewers

Instructions: Skewer veggies. Cook on medium heat grill until lightly charred. Drizzle with Hellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce, fresh chopped cilantro and a light squeeze of lime. Enjoy with your favorite potato fries!

Spicy Summer Corn Recipe:

•Hellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce

•Olive oil

•Fresh ears of corn

•Fresh cilantro

•Fresh Lime

 •Cojita or Feta cheese crumbled

Instructions: Peel back the corn husks, leaving them attached at the base and remove silks. Brush kernels with olive oil and Hellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce. Cook on medium heat grill until lightly charred. Sprinkle corn with a squeeze of lime. Finish with a sprinkle of Feta cheese & fresh chopped cilantro. Enjoy with your favorite potato fries or chips!

  1. I walked by this in the grocery store the other day. I had it in my hand, then set it down because I didn’t know what I would have it with. After reading this, I’m fairly certain I will be adding it in my cart next time. 🙂

  2. Hi there! Fellow Kentuckyian here! I don’t usually like condiments but you’ve made this stuff look so good I might have to try!
